settlement on our taps
Well, good news ... the tiler has accepted fault and is coming to replace the broken tiles in our place on Monday morning.
Moreover, the developer has accepted two-thirds of the costs of our taps that we had to replace due to their negligence, and I get to resell the taps and keep the difference up to the original purchase price, so I'm not out of pocket at all. Any profit made from the taps, we'll split with the developer... fair's fair after all.
On the cash-outflow side of things, it's going to be an expensive month:

- video camera+associated peripherals
- video projector
- hopefully Sky satellite TV (we get 2 English channels for free here :-()
- probably mountain bikes for Dvora and me
